In his mid-twenties, Mark believed a lie that many Christian men believe — that ambition in business and faithfulness to God are in conflict.

The foundation

Mark started his career in international finance at Chase Bank in Cairo, then led commercial real estate development at Trammell Crow Company. He later spent over twenty years at ExxonMobil in progressively senior roles across Australia, Singapore, Pakistan, India, Brazil, Poland, and the United States.

My story

Wayne held a Harvard MBA and a list of accomplishments Mark could barely understand. He hired Mark for his first professional job and spent two years traveling across North America with him. But what Wayne gave Mark wasn't an opportunity. It was a model. A man who believed that God had called him to lead well in business, love his family deeply, and serve his church faithfully. All of it. At once. Without apology.

Is this coaching or consulting?

Neither, exactly. Think of it as a trusted peer advisor — someone who has led at your level, asks hard questions, offers direct perspective when it’s genuinely useful, and has no agenda other than your flourishing. Decades of executive experience are part of what Mark brings, and he is not afraid to say what he sees. But the work remains focused entirely on you and your situation.

Do you need to share Mark's faith to work with him?

Mark’s framework is explicitly Christian. His faith shapes how he understands leadership, identity, and callings — and it will be present in the work. That said, it is never imposed, and the relationship remains entirely confidential. If you’re comfortable with that foundation, we should talk.
